Satori Energy Acquires Velocity Energy Group
David C. Wiers, President of Satori Energy, announced today that Satori Energy has acquired Naperville, IL based Velocity Energy Group.
This acquisition, the fourth by Satori Energy since 2011 and third in the last six months, continues Satori’s pattern of targeted growth through adding value to the procurement process for clients nationwide. Wiers commented, “I have known Mike Healy for over five years and we have always had a trusting business relationship. This acquisition will ensure his clients will continue to be served in the marketplace on an ongoing basis.”
